- Robin Hood is New York City’s largest poverty-fighting organization. We partner with over 300 nonprofits to support food, housing, education, legal services, workforce development, and more to New Yorkers living in poverty across all five boroughs. Robin Hood is a strategic grant maker. We initiate and develop long-term projects and partnerships that provide the best opportunity to deliver maximum impact.
💡What types of programs does Robin Hood typically fund?
- Robin Hood aims to support interventions across each New Yorkers’ life stage. This includes early childhood, school-aged children, young adults, and adults. 💡What are Robin Hood’s eligibility criteria for prospective grantees?
- Robin Hood will only fund 501(c)(3) organizations providing services in New York City. We cannot fund individuals. Robin Hood only funds projects that elevate New Yorkers out of poverty. Please make sure that what you are doing serves low-income New Yorkers. While we know that interventions will often serve New Yorkers across a range of life stages, please indicate which life stage of New Yorkers you are aiming to impact.
